This experience is designed to reduce front-desk dependence by turning the app into a full stay companion: guests can confidently book the right space, access it instantly, and handle most needs without waiting or calling. The journey balances transactional tasks (browse, reserve, identity, payments, key access) with in-stay support (orders, messaging, notifications) and discovery (nearby activities + venue info). The digital key is treated as the trust anchor, supported by clear activation steps and connection feedback so users always understand what’s happening at the door.
